Welcome to Reeves Designs Photography! My name is Jess and I am thrilled to have you here. As a PNW Natural Light Photographer based in the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon, I have been passionately capturing the wonders of the Pacific Northwest since 2002.
My love for photography has taken me on countless adventures, where I have explored captivating waterfalls, breathtaking landscapes, and stunning flora. Through my lens, I have had the pleasure of immersing myself in the beauty that surrounds us, which has been showcased in various publications such as magazines, calendars, and wall art. Additionally, my work has been featured on multiple social media and networking platforms, allowing me to connect with a wider audience.
While my professional journey began with nature and landscape photography, I made a conscious decision in 2020 to expand my creative horizons. Embracing new challenges, I embarked on mastering the art of capturing life's precious moments, including proposals, weddings, baby showers, gender reveals, maternity shoots, birthday parties, senior portraits, family portraits, boudoir photography, and creative mood boards. I firmly believe that outdoor settings provide the perfect backdrop for these special occasions, allowing me to weave together a meaningful story for my clients and their photographs.
In recent years, I have had the opportunity to delve into studio photoshoots, collaborate with models, build professional portfolios, and contribute to local charities and other meaningful organization events. These experiences have not only strengthened my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of the power of photography to make a positive impact in the community.
